With more than 30 years’ experience as a business owner and advisor in luxury retail, wholesale, hospitality and conceptual ventures, Gennaro is a visionary that blends a deep knowledge of international retail dynamics and market opportunities with a portfolio of international contacts.


Chief Financial Officer

Glen is responsible for the provision of the following areas of expertise in our group:

Delivering complex accounting and finance services; Making financial projections and growth plans; Directing staff to attain group financial goals; Assisting Gennaro in developing new business; Maintaining operating budgets; Ensuring adequate cash flow; Monitoring financial activities; Monitoring legal issues

Glen’s key skills include financial expertise, supervisory skills, communication and negotiation abilities, leadership, and IT competencies.

Glen is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience and has previously held entrepreneurial and senior finance roles in a number of Australian and international companies in the media, film & music, and fast-moving consumer goods industries.


General Manager – European Division

Alessio is responsible for the following areas in based in Naples at our European headquarters.


Delivering with his expertise the wholesale fashion goods acquisitions, Alessio has an excellent working relationship with the top international luxury brands for the procurement of wholesale stock; provides direction to his accounting team; working closely with his logistics team to smoothly expedite shipments worldwide. Alessio is also the administrator for two companies in Europe.


Alessio’s education background includes;

Accounting and economics studies, Università degli Studi Napoli Federico II, Naples (Italy)


Director of Marketing

Floriana is responsible for the groups worldwide marketing activities across all channels using statistics to influence the groups marketing activities and communications.


Involved with the group’s strategies; Planning to support offline and online the advertising; Involved in the marketing planning and activations for the retail division; Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing; Overseeing the groups campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment; Constantly and actively controlling the CRM to maximise the online marketing campaigns; Support to web marketing promotions and the company’s website management;  Floriana is the groups brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.


Floriana’s Education background:

Graduated at Università Suor Orsola Benincasa, in Marketing and Communication Naples (Italy), Master Marketing and communication at John Cabot University, Rome (Italy)


Financial Controller / Analyst 

Renata processes years of progressive experience in financial positions, supply distribution and freight documentation. Her key accounting and financial competences include, but are not limited to managing and creating budgets and forecasts, presenting and creating management worksheets and
reports, analysis of fixed costs and profit & loss. Her key freight competencies include registration of air freight jobs, lodging documentation, handling shipment of dangerous goods, valuable cargos and AWB. 


Past work experiences with the following companies;  LATAM Airlines/Cargo and Vagabond Cruises.
